I ordered some custom bedding which required special time for manufacture, and were shipped directly from the merchant. BedBathStore interviened to cancel one item which I did not need - and because of the time for custom assembly, they were able to comply. I did correspond with the customer service group to check on the delivery of the items and they were immediately forthcoming with information. This is a quality merchant! Service was excellent. I had ordered the wrong color and I called when I realized my mistake...no problem, the correct color was shipped and I had my order two days later. I wish all companies were as good as yours!
